All sales are final — returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
Transparency is important to us; in each item listing, you will find detailed descriptions specific to each garment and accessory. Please be sure to read the item descriptions before placing an order.
If you have any questions about a specific garment or if you need the size to the nearest centimeter, our teams are available to answer you at the following email address: contact@angelztribe.com before placing an order, as all sales are final.
In some cases, a return against credit on the site will be possible:
- If the item has a blatant defect not mentioned or not visible in the item description
- If you are a regular and trusted customer (minimum 5 orders placed in the store)
Our items are inspected before shipping, any attempts at damage in order to obtain a return in the form of a credit will result in a sanction or banishment from our customer and member area.
Cancellation of your order is possible if it has not yet been shipped and is not in final preparation for shipment.
